VAT proposals for 2022The National Treasury published the draft Taxation Laws Amendment Bill for comment on 29 July 2022. It includes a number of VAT proposals. This article considers some of these proposals that may be of broader relevance. The first relates to pooling arrangements. The second group of proposals discussed deals with the requirements for foreign persons to register as VAT vendors in South Africa. |
